Home Owner Tax Incentives Extended
BREAKING NEWS:
 
Congress passed and President Obama has signed legislation extending the 1st time homebuyer tax credit and expanding the credit to certain repeat buyers. A sampling of the bill's provisions are -  
        1. Extending the 1st time homebuyer of upto $8,000 until May 10, 2010.
        2. Includes credits of upto $6,500 for existing homeowners wishing purchase a new primary residence.
        3. The bill makes the credit available to higher earning individuals and families.

There are some specific provisions regarding taxpayer qualification concerning home price, timing, and income levels so remember to consult your tax advisor (preferably Us!) or the IRS before making the leap.
